How to Book a Session
- Fill out the patient form below.
- Our administration team will contact you with available date and time options, along with the session fees.
- Payment must be made at least 48 hours before the session. Please email proof of payment to admin@drelsedutoit.com.
- Once payment is received, we will send you the Zoom link for your session.
